A few minor fixes

• The next song wasn't being updated if a song was removed or order was changed; this is fixed now.
• The song lengths in the TUI had extra wasted space to the right which is removed.
• Shared players that were not in use by the current playlist were being shown.
• Added artist splitting exception for "Earth, Wind & Fire".
• Added more README ideas.
