Code

• Remove use of lazy-static and switch to LazyLock

Server:

• Ignore .spotdl cache file
• Use folder.jpg album art files
• Ignore nested M3U playlists

Web UI

• Ensure using "All Xxxx" after selecting a genre or artist will still use previous filter
• Update hover text on pause after current button in UI since the icon is active for "Play next" and not for pausing
• Ensure selecting a new queue will not break the player selection list

TUI:

• Add split artist list to details screen
• Add file paths to details screen
