UI Tweaks

This updates the UI with several tweaks:

• startup sound (to enable sound on iPad, hopefully)
• game over sound
• ensure sounds don't overlap
• final round notification
• indication of player order and who has finished bidding
• indicate which plants can be purchased
• give nice error when player tries to purchase plant that costs too much
